Specialized Property Management, Inc. was founded in 1985 by Marvin C.Tinsley, RMP®. Our business started with twenty properties and has grown consistently year after year.
Specialized Property Management, Inc., manages over 930 doors, and represents over 380 owners. Our Owners range from individual owners, to large investors. Our Owners remain loyal clients for years.
We manage property throughout Tarrant County, including Ft. Worth, Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Saginaw, Burleson, Crowley, Blue Mound, Keller, North Richland Hills, Azle, Aledo and Arlington.
